1.  "Singularity"[ENT2] - Trip compares the NX Class captain's chair to that from the Neptune Class survey ships (which we have not seen).  In the process, he identifies the Neptunes as warp two ships, the chair of which (at least) has been in use for over a decade.  That suggests that Neptune Class starships have been in service for 10-20 years, which would place their debut between 2132-2142.
